In the same decision, Michael Terry and Paul Wood have been appointed as trustees in bankruptcy of GFX CAPITAL MARKETS LTD.

Effective as of the date and time of the bankruptcy opening, the activities of GFX CAPITAL MARKETS LTD have been suspended. The Company, its Directors and Officers have been forbidden to make or receive payments.

That being so, no trading transaction executed after the bankruptcy opening, on Jan 04, 2010 at 00:00 am (GMT),shall bind the bankruptcy estate of GFX CAPITAL MARKETS LTD.
